BSE's SENSEX | NIFTY ends the day in green - 5/6/13

Benchmark Indian stock indices including the 30 component BSE's SENSEX and National Stock Exchange's NIFTY ended the day on positive note as stocks of RIL(ahead of it's annual general body meeting tomorrow), ONGC, Sun pharma boosted investor sentiments. However the pressure from global stock markets and falling rupee remains and we might see a decline in index in coming days.

Most watched BSE's SENSEX ended the day at 19,564.50, up 18.72 points. The large-cap index touched a high of 19,604.43 and a low of 19,441.35 during the day's trade today. NSE's broader index Nifty 50 ended at 5,926.90, up 7.45 points. The broad based index touched a high of 5,935.20 and a low of 5,883.70 in daytrade today.
