Benchmark Indian stock indices including the BSE's SENSEX and NSE's NIFTY are trading cautiously as global sentiments remain weak and most of the peers are trading in red today.
At Dalal Street BSE's SENSEX is reeling under tremendous selling pressure as the index is currently down by -185.69 points at 18588.31 , whereas National Stock Exchange's NIFTY is down by -57.05 points at 5611.00 pts. Most of the Asian stock markets are also down today, China's Shanghai Stock index is down by over 2 percent, South Korea's KOSPI is also down by about 0.6 percent.

Majority of the sectoral indices are in red today at Bombay Stock Exchange as BSE Realty Index is down by 0.89 percent,BSE's Banking Index is trading lower by 0.86 percent currently. BSE's IT Index is down by 0.85 percent, BSE Oil & Gas Index is also in red by 0.85 percent and the BSE Power Index is trading 0.76 percent lower, However BSE's Consumer Durable Index is up by 0.24 percent.
