Weak global sentiments pull Indian markets down

Major Indian stock indices opened in red and are trading lower as weak global economic sentiments prevented investors to come and purchase at Dalal street. Stocks from the realty sector, banking sector and power sector are the worst hit as weak global peers played spoilsport.

The 30 component BSE's SENSEX opened lower by 39.87 points at 20,107.77. Broader index NSE's NIFTY also opened in red today , down by down 25.15 points at 6,079.15. Indian markets shall remain flat throughout the day today.
